Information collected

Applications collect contact, housing needs, timing, household size, and rental-assistance routing. Issue reports collect contact, property, safety, symptoms, access, and optional attachments.

Do not submit

Do not enter SSNs, bank or card data, government IDs, medical records, voucher numbers, screening reports, or confidential survivor information in public forms.

Private access

Balances, leases, HAP, and documents require verified sign-in and access to an active tenancy.

Tracking

Save the reference and private code from your receipt. A retry in the same tab can recover a committed receipt after a connection problem, but HTEK cannot look up the private code for you. Status lookup shows limited status and dates only.

Payments

Stripe handles card and bank details. A submitted payment remains pending until confirmed.
