No. Housing authorities issue vouchers and manage waitlists.
How do I apply?

What should I do in an emergency?
Call 911 first for immediate danger. Leave for a gas odor. Stay far away from downed wires. Submit an HTEK report after you are safe.
How do I check my submission?
Use your HTEK reference and private code.
Where do I pay rent or find my lease?
Resident center → My account. Verified sign-in and an HTEK invitation are required.
Who decides my tenant rent portion?
Your housing authority calculates it. HTEK uses the current authority notice.
Can I request a disability accommodation?
Contact → Accommodation. Do not send medical records through public forms.
